The Board & Meetings
The Dundee Highlands Elementary School Parent Teacher Council consists of the staff and parents of DHES. All parents and teachers are automatically included in this free non-for-profit service group. The PTC meets every month in the DHES Library to conduct the business of facilitating parent/school communication and ensuring the school’s initiatives are being supported with volunteers and fundraising efforts. The PTC is led by an executive board listed below.

The VP of Community oversees events / initiatives that strengthen family-school connections and performs the duties of the President in their absence or inability to serve.

The VP of Fundraising oversees committees for events and initiatives that drive PTC revenue and is responsible for reconciling the checking account monthly.

The Treasurer receives all monies, keeps accurate records of all receipts and expenditures, and pays out funds in accordance with the approved budget of the Council.

The Secretary of Records notifies board members and parents of the dates and times of meetings of the Council and records the minutes of all the meetings.
